We were born as a cosmetics distribution company in Latin America.
Ten years later, we have transformed ourselves from marketers to owners of the entire value chain. From the creation of brands, the development of formulas and packaging, to the production of products in our own plants/factories; always with the vision of being international.
Passionate about hair care and obsessed with providing our consumers with the best, we took the first step and Stereo and Duo were born; two brands aimed at the LATAM market, with the objective of being accessible to everyone.
Then we created Kera-Pro, our professional brand, which is making its way into markets such as Spain and the Middle East thanks to the performance of its products.
Kativa is created with the aim of getting closer to the final consumer, that’s why we launched for the first time to the market a DYI straightening product to do it at home, developing a new category.
In addition, we developed our product without formaldehyde with real results, something totally innovative.
We complement the value proposition with salt-free, sulphate-free and paraben-free Hair Care products, pioneering the concept of CLEAN formulas and being the first in many markets with this type of product.
Kativa is the standard-bearer of our innovative, sustainable and always close philosophy, we have secured 7 distributors and we have become solid in our internationalisation process. In addition to our presence in LATAM and Spain, we expanded in Europe and entered markets such as Asia, the Middle East, India, Russia and Dubai.
Our brands are present in different channels, including major retail chains in these markets. In order to meet this growth, we have consolidated our fully automated distribution centre.
The path of developing products in such a competitive industry as cosmetics and beauty is a challenging one; despite this we have been proud to be recognised with some awards such as:
• Icosmetics Award in the Netherlands: International Contest for Innovation in Ironless Straightening
• Award from the Peruvian Government for export volume. We represent 85% of exports in the capillary category.
Making tangible our vision of being close to the consumer by offering safe and high performance products with global brands with a local spirit; we are looking to continue expanding and to this end we opened branches in Colombia, Miami and Spain.
We continue to develop new brands such as Happy Anne or Nex, and even open up to new consumers with our The Barberia line, focused on providing solutions to the male audience; and we even venture into new categories, such as PETS.
In 2022 we entered the North American market with a wide range of brands and products that can be found in 2 of the main drugstore chains, and with this we continue to seek to be present in the lives of more happy consumers.
